A fun and effective workout tailored to your specific goals. Whether that be muscle building, fat loss or whatever your goal may be? A variety of training methods can be used.

Equipment Provided

I bring a diverse amount of equipment with me to allow for multiple different styles of training to be used dependent on the goal.

I'll Come To You

Whether this be in the morning, during the day, or in the evening? I'm happy to work around your schedule to come to you at the most convenient time. If you don't have any equipment I have plenty to bring. If you have a home gym I can train you in your own facility.

How I got into Personal Training and why I feel I'm the trainer for you.

Hi, my name’s Dexter!

My initial inspiration was through my father who was one of the first personal trainers in the UK in 1988. From a young age, I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps to help people change their physique and lifestyle for the better.

I started off myself in the gym at the age of 16 trying to increase my confidence and change my body and after a couple of years of trial and error, I found out what worked best for me and was able to continue to apply those methods to this day.

After secondary school I went off to Southgate college to study a vocational sports science course. I spent 2 years getting my Sports Science level 3 extended BTEC diploma achieving the highest grade of D*D*D* (equivalent to three A’s at A-Level). Some of the main units this course covered were Biology, Physiology, Anatomy, Fitness training and programming, Sports nutrition, Psychology for sports performance, Sports injuries, Sport and exercise massage, Fitness testing, Leadership in sports, Analysis of sports performance and many more.

I then took my Sports Science qualification and at the age of 17, I got my personal training level 2 & level 3 certificate along with my nutrition certificate. I then got myself a job in PureGym as a personal trainer/fitness instructor and worked there for 2 years helping people on a weekly basis to achieve their goals, and delivering fitness classes.

From the age of 19 onwards, I ventured into home visit personal training as I found a demand for it in the industry. Since then I have worked with over a hundred individuals from as young as 9 up to 78 years of age, helping them change their mental and physical wellness more than they ever thought.

I am very much results driven and this comes from the high levels of passion I have for my job and get great satisfaction when my clients achieve their goals.

With my qualifications, experience, and passion I feel very confident in helping you achieve what you want due to the number of satisfied customers I have transformed over the years.

This a complete all online service offered in the UK & worldwide in which I give you all the resources you need to get the results you want. I provide you with a complete comprehensive training programme that will be tailored specifically to your goal, equipment, accessibility, time, fitness level and availability. You will also be provided with daily macro and calorie intake requirements depending on whether you are trying to lose fat, build muscle or any other goals you may have. Training programmes and macros/calories will be updated and changed when needed. This can be every week, fortnight, month or longer depending on the individual and progress. Updates and changes will be made if needed during the weekly check ins where we overlook how the week has gone and how/if you are progressing.

FAQ's

Personal training is for people who are willing to invest in themselves to make a complete lifestyle change. It is for people who understand that results take hard work, consistency and are doing it for the long run. It is for people who require that one to one attention to stay motivated and consistent throughout the process.

Online coaching is for people who don’t require one to one training and are able to apply all the resources I give them by themselves. They need to be able to stick to the training program and macros/calories I provide on a weekly basis whilst still leaving the accountability in my hands. It is also for people who still want to invest in themselves but for a cheaper monthly budget.

I do give plenty of nutritional recommendations, suggestions and guidance however do not provide nutritional programmes. I can provide you with macros/calories but this will not be as in depth, comprehensive and complete as the nutritional aspect of my online coaching service.

The biggest reason why you should choose me is down to my straight passion and love for my job. A proper trainer should have a good rapport with their clients and a genuine care for them as a person and their journey. A proper trainer should understand the individuality from person to person and everybody’s needs/wants are different. I assure you your results are my top priority and you shall receive a high level professionalism and customer service. Along with my qualifications, knowledge and experience I feel very confident in my abilities to give you exactly what you want.

The only policy I have is a 24 hour cancellation policy. This simply means if you cancel, can’t make/don’t make a session I will still charge for the hour. If you can try and give me a minimum of 24 hours notice before the session this charge won’t be applied.

I train my clients in multiple different ways depending on the goal and the individual themselves. Whether your goal is to build muscle and strength, lose fat, increase cardio vascular fitness or train around current or previous injuries the training style will change. I will always try to give you the most effective but also most enjoyable way of training for you and your specific goals.

Yes I do. However, there is an increased hourly rate of £60.00. Upon on initial enquiry and first meetings I may suggest that 2 on 1 may not be the best option depending how similar/different the two individuals are and where they are at. This is to ensure each person maximises their results from every session to make most of the time and training.

If you want to find out if I can travel to where you are situated, please don’t hesitate to contact me and find out if thats a possibility. Depending how far and on my schedule will determine whether it will work. Please contact me via email, phone or the contact form below to find out.

I do not offer discounts on bulk bookings if they are purchased in advance as I personally feel, due to my current clientele being built through word of mouth, that would disvalue my service in the process.

I wish for people to select me due to my vast knowledge, experience and passion for what I offer, and not because I may be the cheapest option at the time.

With my knowledge, experience and highly satisfied current/previous clients I feel I’m the trainer for you and it would be worth the financial investment, effort and time.

I accept cash payment and bank transfers either session by session or weekly.

No start up fee’s, no direct debits, no membership & no contracts for the personal training. For the online coaching there would be a monthly direct debit set up in which you can choose which day each month it comes out on.
